Messages are sent via Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Resend processes data on EU servers in Ireland (eu-west-1). A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with Resend.

The transmitted data will not be stored longer than necessary to process your inquiry. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

4. AI Assistant (Chatbot)

This website offers an AI-powered assistant. When you use it, your inputs (messages) are transmitted to Anthropic PBC, 548 Market Street, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA for processing.

Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information via the chat. Anthropic processes data in accordance with its privacy policy. Data transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

Chat messages are not permanently stored after the session ends.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing an informative assistant) and your voluntary use of the chatbot.
